Next Island was created by David Post, a pioneer in the radio messaging and cellular telephone industries, having founded two of the largest companies in the industry. He later ran a broadcast TV network. Doing things first is second nature to Mr, Post. The other founder was Katlean de Monchy, a television personality and expert on the new and the next. The platform and technology partner is Mind Ark, Entropia Universe, a Swedish company, that has the most advanced technology and graphics with its Crytek system.
